Amateur Illustrator does not allow images that we consider to be overly offensive, vulgar or in bad taste to be uploaded. Just like a real art gallery, our virtual art gallery has the right to refuse work we deem undesirable.

Quality Guidelines
It is our policy is to welcome graphic artists of all levels from amateur to professional but as the Axel King art project wil
and to that end we do not attach any minimum standards of quality to deviations submitted by our membership; all manner of artworks are welcome providing they meet with our etiquette and copyright policies. While we do not impose quality standards we do ask that you practice self-moderation in what you choose to submit and that you submit your works into the most appropriate gallery. While we encourage the submission of only your very best works we have provided an area for those submissions which may fall short of that ‘top quality’ mark; this is your “Scrapbook” gallery and we highly encourage its use.
Our gallery directors, during the course of their routine duties, may elect to move one or more of your deviations from the Gallery categories into a different, more appropriate, section or into the Scrapbook category; we ask that you accept this decision gracefully and with a mature attitude. If you desire a full explanation for this action, or if you feel the administrative action was performed in error, you should submit an inquiry to the official deviantART Helpdesk and include a link to the relevant deviation. Please do not bring these issues into the Forums, userpages, or other areas of deviantART.
Intellectual Property / Copyright
Users who upload their own work to Axelking.com keep all rights to their work, they are simply choosing to display and host their work on Axelking.com and Axelking.com has no rights whatsoever over its users work. However when you upload images to Axelking.com you agree that your work may be voted and chosen to be used for the creation of an Axel King artwork without first notifying you.
Once one/or more of your artworks are used for an Axelking artwork, you maintain the rights on your specific artwork, but the right of the new image, the Axel King artwork are solely

The Axel King team will do everything in its power to resolve issues of copyright infringement as quickly as possible although we take no responsibility for the actions of our members. If our members use the Axelking.com service to infringe copyright laws Axel King is not responsible or liable.
